The Finished Basement

The basement is a walk-out to the front of the house. It has a gas fireplace and dimming lights. It is wired for surround sound and has recessed shelving for additional equipment.

There is also a finished room with a window perfect for a craft or work room. This room also has a closet.

In the basement there is also a walk-in storage closet for extra storage.

The 2 Bedrooms

The additional two bedrooms are located on the front side of the house. Both are on the main level. One bedroom has new chair rail and is accesorized with a fan.

The Bathrooms

The bathrooms are freshly painted and have been remodeled within the last five years. The floors and showers are tiled. The main bathroom has a shower only and the master bath has a tub with shower. Both shower accessories are inset into the wall for more room. Newer cabinetry and vanity tops. The main shower has a built in seat with dimming lights above the shower. Both are equiped with fans.

The Master Suite

The master suite has a walk-in closet and bathroom attached. It also has a recessed ceiling with ceiling fan.

The Kitchen

The kitchen is an eat-in kitchen with a laundry room adjacent to it. It also has the archways. It has a sliding glass door that leads to the deck. All appliances in the kitchen stay except for the refrigerator. The range is a flat top.

The driveway includes a finished area for a boat or additional car. The backyard is fenced with a chain link fence and has gates on both sides. The east gate is a double gate that opens wide for access to the backyard.

The back yard is large and is accented with a beautiful 20x25 cedar deck. The deck was stained and weather treated in May of this year and is shaded by a few large trees.

We are sellling our house FSBO and have created this blog to try to help those who are interested in seeing it! A little information about the house:

It is in Highland Acres and is a 3 bdrm 2 bath raised ranch. The backyard is large with a 20x25 stained cedar deck. It has a finished walk out basement with a gas fireplace. It is in the NKC school district and within walking distance to Nashua Elementary. The middle school is New Mark and high school is Staley. The house has many upgrades including vinyl siding.
